What Senja does better

Senja imports testimonials from more than 30 sources (X, LinkedIn, Google, G2, Trustpilot and more) and keeps them in sync automatically on paid plans, with a Chrome extension on top. It offers incentives like Spin the Wheel to boost response rates, automatic transcription of video testimonials, and on its Pro plan it can translate collected testimonials into around 20 languages. It also ships a wider range of widget designs. If broad social import and incentives are what you need, Senja is the stronger pick.

What Testimonial.to does better

Testimonial.to has grown into a broader customer-voice suite: NPS surveys, case studies and brand monitoring on its higher tiers, plus video analytics, closed captions on walls, an AI video editor and custom domains per space. It documents more than 100 integrations and offers Zapier and an API. Its Ultimate plan also allows 5-minute videos, versus 2 minutes on Laudiance. If you want an all-in-one suite beyond testimonials, Testimonial.to covers more ground.

Where Laudiance is different

Laudiance does one job with a European posture: EU data residency, a consent record on every collected testimonial, one-click export, hard deletes that remove files too, and an embed that sets no cookies, uses no storage, loads no external fonts and contacts nothing but our own API and our own EU storage bucket. Forms auto-detect six languages. And unlimited video starts at €15/month instead of $29 or $60. If the GDPR conversation matters to you or your clients, that is the difference.
