Senja and Testimonial.to are good products with importers and integrations we do not have. Video is where both get expensive. Laudiance Pro is €15 a month with video included, and Agency is €39 a month for five separate client workspaces.

What founding members get
- Pro (€15 a month) free for your first 3 months at launch: video, unlimited forms and testimonials, no badge.
- Invites go out in list order, in batches. Your number is your place in the queue.
- Every friend who joins through your link and confirms moves you up 5 places, 10 friends at most.
Your number can change as others confirm, refer or leave. We may pull a few people forward whose setup we need to test before a batch.
There is no launch date to give you. Your place is set by when you confirm and by the friends you bring.
Questions, answered before you ask
When does Laudiance launch, and what does early access mean?
We do not have a date, and we are not going to make one up. The product is built; what remains is opening paid plans. Invites go out in list order, in batches, and you get an email when your batch is up. Early access means you are in that queue.
What does it cost?
Free: one form, ten published text testimonials, a small badge. Pro: €15 a month for unlimited forms and testimonials, video, no badge. Agency: €39 a month for Pro plus five workspaces. Prices exclude VAT. Everyone confirmed on the list when we open gets 3 months of Pro free, no card; after that you drop to Free unless you upgrade, and nothing is deleted.
Where is my data stored?
In Frankfurt. Database, file storage and auth run in a Supabase project in region eu-central-1. The DPA and the sub-processor list are published on the site; the list names each company, what it holds and where.
Is Laudiance GDPR compliant?
Laudiance is built GDPR-clean: EU data residency, a consent record on every testimonial, one-click export, hard delete, and an embed that sets no cookies. Your own compliance stays yours; we give you the tools and the documents to answer for it.
Do I need a cookie banner for the widget?
The widget sets no cookies, writes nothing to storage, loads no fonts and runs no analytics, so it adds nothing to a banner. Whether the rest of your site needs one is a question about your site, and we cannot answer it for you.
Is Laudiance an alternative to Senja or Testimonial.to?
For EU teams that need a consent record and EU data residency, yes. Senja imports from more than 30 sources and does more; Testimonial.to covers NPS and case studies. If you need those, buy them. What happens to my email address?
It goes into our database in Frankfurt with your place on the list, who referred you, which link you used and, if you answer it, what you sell. The confirmation and the invitation go through Resend, a US company that holds email data in the US under the Standard Contractual Clauses and its Data Privacy Framework certification. You get those two emails and no others, and every one of them has a leave link that deletes your address. An address that never confirms is deleted after seven days; a confirmed one twelve months after we open paid plans, unless you left earlier.
Can I import existing testimonials?
By CSV, with column mapping and a report of any bad rows. There is no importer for Senja or Testimonial.to and no social import, so moving from either starts with a CSV on your side.
